Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced R&D environment focused on transitioning conceptual designs to fully validated functional prototypes
- Willing to travel domestic and international when necessary
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. when needed
- Strong mechanical assembly knowledge (able to disassemble and reassemble prototype equipment with minimal documentation)
- Materials organization (kitting materials per project requirements)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated hands-on work experience in a related field/environment
- Experience utilizing Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Work experience troubleshooting equipment with multiple levels of subsystems
- Practical knowledge of CAN and LIN protocols
