Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in CAD and associated CAE tools for design, drawing creation, analysis, BOM generation, and part tracking.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in power/analog hardware and systems and electronics troubleshooting skills.
- Minimum of 8 years experience with hardware and system integration testing (Assembly Level Test / Unit Test / Integration Test / System Performance Test).
- Minimum of 8 years experience in hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project.
- Minimum of 8 years experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques.
- Minimum of 8 years experience with Linux.
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with at least one major CAD tool (SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia) and one major CAE tool (ANSYS, CD-ADAPCO, ALGOR).
- High-speed circuit card design incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs,
- Acoustics or Sonar applications.
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD).
- Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects.
- Linear amplifier design, Electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Power/analog hardware and systems.
- Computer-Aided Engineering.
- Working with Electrical components.
- Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas.
