Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Charlotte, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provide Human Resources support to the workforce and support the necessary functions within the HR department.
  • Provide professional customer service to hourly employees, as well as salaried supervisors/managers. 
  • Assist employees with forms.
  • Assist employees with logging in to company HR system/app, able to answer general questions regarding company policies & procedures
  • Perform payroll related duties - review daily time cards for plant employees.
  • Logging of attendance occurrences
  • Know and administer Company policies
  • Cross-train within the department as needed
  • Spanish translation support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Temp (3 months)

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Speaking,reading, and writing in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook

Preferred Skills:

  • HR background
  • Good organizational and administrative skills. ability to multitask
  • Reliable self-starter, self-motivated
  • Able to handle sensitive information in a precise and confidential manne

 

Additional Information:
