Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Bethesda, MD Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
Support conference room and ad-hoc audio/visual technical services as needed. These services include connecting, configuring, troubleshooting, uninstalling audio/visual devises (desktops, laptops, specialized projection devices, etc.) that are used to display digital data onto screens and/or monitors.
Provide setups and scheduling for audio visual requirements
Responsible to perform basic equipment maintenance.
Identify, troubleshoot, repair, align, and document failed equipment and deficiencies including basic preventive maintenance, basic installation, maintain, repair, and modify audio visual equipment to be used on video teleconference locations or at the desktop.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to address problems or coordinates to repair malfunctions.
Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
May provide minimal onsite training of customer user personnel for audiovisual systems, monitor meetings and provide support as directed.

3 years of experience with troubleshooting videoconferencing, audio conferencing, and integrated A/V technologies in a large enterprise.

Additional Information:
Clean driving record as an MVR might be ran. Please note, you must be comfortable potentially driving company vehicles/cars from site to site.
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
Able to obtain a security clearance
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
