Description
Acara Solutions is looking for a Repair Technician for our client in Cerritos, CA
Repair Technician Job Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, equipment, and systems to identify issues, malfunctions, and defects.
- Utilize testing equipment, schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose and isolate problems within electronic circuits and components
- Perform repairs and replacements on faulty components, such as integrated circuits, brushless motors, propellers, and other parts.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks after repairs to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of repaired devices.
- Calibrate and adjust electronic equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and performance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide technical expertise and support for resolving electronic-related issues
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance procedures performed.
- Log the proper transactions in the CRM system, and verify all parts the customers requested are included in the box, so they are ready for the Quality Control stage
- Support the teams with other drone models
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Here is what you will get:
Duration: Contract (Temp to Perm)
Payrate: $17.25 to $25.25 p/hr. DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 4.15 pm.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Electronics or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electronic Repair Technician or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems.
- Proficiency in using electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and rework procedures.
