Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of technical and business work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations and systems requirements processes.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in (International Institute of Business Analysis) IIBA principles and practices.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Specific ITSM or ITIL.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ServiceNow implementation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Accuracy, analytical skills, critical thinking, reading comprehension, active listening, speaking, judgment and decision-making, writing, detail, and monitoring.
- Understanding of risk management and security.
- Proven experience documenting Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts and Test Plans, and End User Training.
- Experience using a structured SDLC or agile/scrum methodology.
- Leads testing for tool upgrades.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Service Management.
- Must be able to independently design, develop, implement, manage, and support various projects.
- Software and Other Tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
