Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 5+ years of proven industrial sales experience, ideally in aluminum thermal processing.
- Proven track record of account management and customer-focused problem solving.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically in aluminum melting equipment or related thermal processing industries.
- Familiarity with actionable market segmentation and competitor analysis.
- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
- History of innovation and driving process improvement.
- Strong professional presence at industry events (e.g., presentations, seminars, papers).
- Experience working in a global business context.
- Values reflecting ownership, accountability, curiosity, and customer focus.
