Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven track record in HR systems implementation and modernization projects.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification is a plus.
