Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
- Performs various tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
- Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- Conduct quality inspections on the processing line according to quality specifications.
- Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Soldering/desoldering fine-pitch components to printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Soldering surface mount components to PCBs.
- Repair damaged traces on PCBs.
- Repair damaged through-hole pads on PCBs.
- Repair damaged surface mount pads on PCBs.
- Repair damaged internal circuitry on PCBs.
- Replace damaged gold contacts.
- Remove and replace through-hole components.
- Remove and replace surface mount components.
- Hot Gas surface mount component rework for BGA (Ball Grid Array) Devices.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00/hr
Hours: 4/10-1st Shift
Length: Temp (12 months)

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Blueprint Reading, IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD, IPC-WHMA-A-620.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- IPC certification.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional team members.
- Able to read and write English.
