Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Niagara Falls, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

Responsible for the accurate, timely flow of goods in and out of the facility, including domestic and international shipments. Ensures inventory accuracy, documentation compliance, and efficient logistics coordination.


Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.

Pick, pack, and label outbound orders.

Maintain inventory accuracy with organized storage and regular counts.

Prepare and process shipping/receiving paperwork.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors.

Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and damages.

 

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20-$35/hr. DOE. 

Hours: 40 hrs/week. (7am-3pm, paid lunch). Occasional OT.

Length: Direct Hire w/benefits

Job Requirements
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least 1 year recent experience in shipping, receiving, or a related logistics field at the Manager level
  • At least 1 year recent experience using inventory management software (ERP) and basic computer skills.
  • Must have at least 6 months of recent domestic & international shipping forms, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs documentation. FedEx, UPS, trucking companies, LTL.
  • Must have at least 6 months of forklift experience. 

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. 
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals. 
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. 
  • Inventory packaging
