Acara Solution is seeking an experienced IT ERP Business Analyst to support our customer's business by defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system enhancements and new technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, troubleshooting user issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize ERP, MES, and PLM functionality and user experience.
This role bridges business and technical teams, ensuring that data, systems, and processes operate with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the enterprise.
- Act as the point of contact for ERP system support, addressing user questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT for resolution.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for ERP application.
- Analyze and map business processes to ERP, MES, and PLM system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Partner with business departments to understand operational challenges and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Support ERP data integrity, system configurations, and user access management in coordination with IT.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, data flow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Assist with ERP project implementation, rollout, and integration efforts as the organization evolves.
