Schedule: M-F, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM

Join a hands-on, high-impact team where you'll build and refine complex mechanical and electronic assemblies that support critical aviation systems. In this role, you'll work from detailed technical data to assemble, test, and troubleshoot components while ensuring strict adherence to quality and regulatory standards. What You'll Do:
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly of mechanical and electronic components, including modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables
- Interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings to support assembly, layout design, and build processes
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and fixtures to complete precise assembly tasks
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Disassemble, modify, rework, and test prototype or experimental assemblies under simulated conditions
- Follow FAA-approved procedures, OEM guidelines, and technical manuals to ensure compliant and accurate builds
- Complete required documentation and coordinate with Quality Assurance for inspections and airworthiness certification

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-4 years of experience in aviation or aerospace assembly
- 2-4 years of experience in assembly of aircraft structures
- 2-4 years of experience using tech data and aircraft drawings to locate part numbers and accomplish repairs
What Sets You Apart:
- Good decision-making and leadership skills.
- Experience with avionics and flight controls.
- Proficient in riveting, installing related hardware, using precision instruments, and utilizing hand tools to perform these tasks.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- Ability to work different shifts and flexible hours if needed.
