What You'll Do:
- Manually place through hole electronic components onto CCAs with precision and accuracy.
- Operate semi-automatic contact machines to assist with component placement and clinching processes.
- Inspect assemblies to ensure proper component positioning and manufacturing quality standards.
- Support daily production goals and collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Follow safety, quality, and production procedures within an avionics manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience running the Contact machine and hand placing through-hole parts on CCAs
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree
- Prior work in avionics or defense manufacturing
- Familiar with through-hole insertion solutions (JUKI, Amistar, Contact)
- Ability to verify part orientation and part identification
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction
- Team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot straightforward issues
- Comfort working in less‑structured task environments

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
