About the Opportunity: This IT Procurement Specialist III role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of large, complex SaaS and IT Services contracts, acting as a strategic partner rather than a transactional buyer. What You'll Do:
- Lead complex IT Services negotiations from strategy development through contract execution, PO execution and close.
- Develop and execute procurement and negotiation plans that optimize cost, scope, and commercial terms.
- Perform first‑pass contract reviews and redlining, escalating to legal and SMEs (like cybersecurity, insurance etc.) as needed.
- Own the full contract lifecycle, coordinating legal, cyber/security, category advisors, and vendor/account management.
- Manage long, multi‑month negotiations while keeping multiple workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned.
