What You'll Bring (Required):
A Bachelor's degree or Law Degree (ideally some sort of legal background, contract management background, and/or NCMA or equivalent certification).

This should include demonstrated in-depth understanding of contract terms and risk management. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including those administered by U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
Min 2 years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) - a plus to have DFAR.
**FAR/DFAR COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) flowdowns - commercial FAR part 12, rather than FAR part 15.
Min 2 years of experience with supplier contracts, including mandatory government flowdowns.
Min 2 years of experience with customer contracts, including redlining and negotiation.
Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance after joining the firm is required due to U.S. defense customers.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred):
Aerospace and manufacturing experience
