What You'll Do:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately while providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and patient counseling.
- Review, triage, and process new medication orders and prescription entries.
- Participate in sterile compounding activities where applicable.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide professional opinions to support patient care.
- Collaborate with clinicians, Care Coordinators, and healthcare professionals to resolve prescription-related concerns.
- Ensure accurate third-party billing and proper prescription documentation.
- Maintain detailed records of interventions, patient interactions, and clinical recommendations.
- Assist with staff training and provide leadership support to maintain efficient pharmacy workflow operations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support evening and weekend coverage as needed.
- Research infusion admixture compatibility and stability for safe medication preparation and administration.
