As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in the assembly, soldering, inspection, and processing of printed circuit boards in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do:
- Set up, operate, and maintain wave solder, cleaning, potting, and other PCB assembly equipment to support production requirements.
- Inspect printed circuit board assemblies before and after solder operations to ensure compliance with IPC and quality standards.
- Perform rework, washing, and related assembly support tasks while ensuring proper handling of controlled materials and ESD-sensitive components.
- Monitor work-in-process accuracy, complete required production logs, and follow ISO, safety, and job-specific procedures.
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and operational support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting continuous quality improvement efforts and team objectives.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members, including participating in quality meetings and training other employees as needed.
