What You'll Do:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based ServiceNow MID servers and supporting infrastructure
- Manage Linux server environments including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS, and Ubuntu systems
- Configure and support AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, VPCs, IAM, security groups, and networking components
- Implement system hardening, patching, and security controls aligned with federal compliance standards such as STIGs and CIS benchmarks
- Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot Linux and cloud-related issues, and support system availability
- Automate deployments and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Maintain backup, disaster recovery, documentation, runbooks, and configuration management records
- Coordinate with security and network teams to support secure connectivity and infrastructure operations
