About the Opportunity:
We're seeking an experienced Sr. Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator to support the assembly, fabrication, inspection, and testing of complex electronic and mechanical systems. In this hands-on role, you'll work with advanced technologies, build prototypes and production hardware, and contribute to mission-critical products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform assembly, fabrication, inspection, and testing of electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- Build and integrate hardware for prototypes, pre-production units, and complex production systems
- Assemble RF cables, multi-function harnesses, and perform soldering operations to required specifications
- Load and configure customer and standard software onto devices and systems
- Maintain quality standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure a clean and organized work environment

What You'll Do:

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or related experience
- 6+ years of experience working with electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- 6+ years of experience performing inspection, testing, or fabrication in a manufacturing environment

- Knowledge of statistical methods and Statistical Process Control (SPC) applications
