💲 $23.50/hour
🕒 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Assemble, integrate, and test electrical and mechanical subsystems
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using diagnostic equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and testing equipment
- Document test results and communicate findings with team members
- Identify and process non-conforming materials according to quality standards
- Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Job Requirements
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
- Experience working with electronic or paper-based documentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
- Associate degree or technical training in Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automotive Technology, or a related field
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated environments
- Experience using torque tools (mechanical or digital)
- Experience loading firmware or software onto complex systems
